GAME3 Awards 2025 Reveals Shortlist, Prize Pool of $7M

More than $7 million worth of prizes, including grants, marketing support, infrastructure services, and blockchain resources, will be granted to crypto games across 13 blockchain networks that are shortlisted in the GAM3 Awards 2025, set to happen at the YGG Play Summit 2025 on November 21, 2025.

The GAM3 Awards 2025

The annual award that aims to recognize the best games and creators for each year is organized by GAM3S.GG, a web3 gaming “superapp” and platform designed for discovering and engaging with games. For this year, the event is in partnership with crypto gaming guild protocol Yield Guild Games (YGG), the organizer of YGG Play Summit 2025.

Aside from the partnership with YGG, GAM3S.Gg also revealed that the Game3 Awars 2025 has sponsors, including Sui, OpenSea, Arbitrum and Abu Dhabi Gaming; jury members from Konami, Sony, Ubisoft, and Krafton; and partners, such as Forkast, Magic Eden, Hyperplay, Sequence, Blockchain Gaming Alliance, Amazon AWS, and AD Gaming. Collaborating with these entities is a dedication to accelerate the growth of promising titles and studios, elevate the event’s scale, and its impact across the entire gaming ecosystem, as per the organizers.

Moreover, GAM3 Awards 2025, according to GAM3S.GG, is expected to bring together the global web3 gaming community both on-site and online, as aside from the in-person event, there will be a livestream.

As of writing, the confirmed “Game of the Year” finalists are Off The Grid, Pudgy Party, FIFA Rivals, Parallel, and EVE Frontier. There are also 20 more award categories, where 13 blockchain networks are represented among nominees, led by Ronin, Immutable, Abstract, Solana, Arbitrum, Avalanche, Polkadot, Base, and Sui.

Categories and Jury

Crypto games enthusiasts can vote on GAM3S.GG’s platform until November 17, 2025. They can vote for their five best games per category.

One hundred percent of the votes by enthusiasts will be used for the People’s Choice and Best content Creator categories, while winners in other categories will be determined based on a 90%-10% jury votes to community votes ratio. The jury panel consists of more than 80 individuals and entities from both the traditional and crypto gaming, with representation from gaming industry giants such as Jamie King who co-founded Rockstar Games (creators of GTA) and executives from Krafton, Konami, Sony, Epic Games, Ubisoft, Google, Samsung, Amazon, Animoca Brands, Ronin, Immutable, and Avalanche, as well as media outlets such as GamesBeat, Decrypt, and Cointelegraph.

What is GAM3 Awards?

The GAM3 Awards highlight the best titles, studios, and creators shaping the future of decentralized play and have become the definitive stage for recognizing innovation, creativity, and technical excellence across the web3 gaming landscape. The first-ever in-person ceremony happened in 2024, during the YGG Play Summit 2024, and was also in the Philippines..

The GAM3 Awards 2024 recorded over one million total votes from 143,000 voters, according to the organizer. Its livestream attracted 48,000 viewers and had 450,000 views in just 24 hours.
